Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we may request you to share the video proof of the package at the time of opening. Please do attach your order ID and registered email for the same.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order placement. Please contact us via the contact form to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website from your account.

For prepaid orders, users generally eligible for 100% refunds, if the cancellation request generated within the first 24 hours.

Please note that countrybird.in reserves the right to verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

What are the conditions for returns/exchanges?

There are several conditions that are included in return/replacement policies.

  • Customers must have to raise return/exchange request via mail within 24-48 hours of order delivery.
  • The order is eligible for a returns/refund in two conditions i.e the wrong item case or defective product.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in the original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned.
  • There are some items that are "Made to Order" or "Print on Demand" which are not eligible for returns nor refunds.
  • We cannot refund the following items: Rush Processing, Personalised Gift, or Messages Shipping Costs.
  • After the assessment of the case, we may conclude you are ineligible for a refund or replacement. Or, can process the item replacement, if it meets your expectations.
  • If returns are approved, then a refund will be processed, within 2-3 days. In this case, we deducts shipment charges and order processing fees from customers.
  • The customer will get a refund back via Bank Transfer Only. It will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back on the card once we issue a refund from our side.
  • For faster resolution, you are requested to take a follow up on the same mail ticket. Queries will marked as closed after 5 days of inactivity.

After the assessment of your return case, we may transfer your case to our exchange unit. The items within the return window and in stock (exact same item) are only eligible for replacement. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged/return again.

In exchange/replacement case, we will initiate return pickup from our end within the next 24 business hours after your approval. In this case, we reimburse the courier charges based on weight and RTO(Return To Origin) location.

Color Variation Disclaimer

We aim to offer our clients exactly what is ordered, but due to certain conditions, there may be variations from what you see on our website and what you see in person.

The fabric colors you see on our website can vary in person due to the color variations of each photograph and each computer screen. Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing, we do not warranty or guarantee the consistency, color, texture or appearance of the actual apparel. Apparel fabric colors which are shown online are approximate only and may have variations in color, hue and tone, especially from one size group to another. Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings. Multiple factors can affect color display, none of which we have any control of.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 2-3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process may take 2 weeks after the return has been initiated.

Important Note

Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from our Customer Support for the same. In case you wish to return a product, reach us at care.countrybird@gmail.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return the said product.

All shipping costs of returning the products to Country Birds, over and above such amount paid by customers towards shipping charges while receiving the same from Country Birds are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All products are to be returned to our warehouse in their original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.

The safe receipt of products by Country Birds is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred from customer's end, we shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
